If you are interested in presenting at one of our education events, please review the guidelines below, complete the form below, and send it back. WVHCA will contact you if your proposal is under consideration.

Submission Guidelines:

• Dates to be aware of:

  • Annual Convention & Expo- September 2025

• Sessions must focus on providing educational content; presenters are not permitted to promote any specific company, product, or service.

• Submitting a proposal does not guarantee selection. WVHCA reserves the right to make final selections and edit as needed.

• Speakers will be chosen based on the quality, relevance, and value of the content, as well as how well it aligns with the needs of WVHCA members.

• Preference will be given to presenters who do not require honoraria or speaking fees.

Due to the number of submissions we receive, we will only contact the presenters whose submissions are chosen. If your submission was not chosen, we will keep it on file for one year.
