(Awards Gala is included with full conference registration for members. Only select the Awards Gala option if you intend to attend the gala and did not register for the full conference at the member price.)

Convention Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received more than 48 hours before the program receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the program are charged 50% of the registration fee.
Registrants who fail to attend are responsible for the full registration fee. All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@wvhca.org and include the reason for the cancellation.
