Eligibility and Criteria: This award category is available to both nursing facility and assisted living members. This award honors the best Adult Volunteer(s) for dedication and service to long-term care residents in 2022.

The Adult nominees may be either an individual or a group. The individual(s) must be 20 years of age or older. A “group” means two or more persons who provide volunteer services.

Refer to the Rules of Entry for additional requirements and guidelines to explain why this nominee should be the recipient of the award based on the criteria below.
