Webster Continuous Care Center is a proud part of the Webster County community. It is our mission to provide quality care to our customers in an environment that enhances personal growth, individuality, dignity and respect.

We are both Medicaid/Medicare certified and also accept private pay admissions. We have room for 60 residents and are able to provide 24-hour nursing care. Our care planning team is prepared to work with residents, families, and discharge planners to determine the needs of the resident. In some cases, individuals are able to return to their homes after receiving physical, speech, and/or occupational services from a professional team of therapists.

Administrator Brenda Holster leads our care team which includes nurses, therapists, registered dieticians, social workers, an activity professional, and a host of nursing assistants, dietary workers, and environmental staff.
