Convention and Leadership Conference Cancellation Policy

Convention cancellations received on or before the registration cutoff date will receive a full refund less a $25 per person administrative fee. Those whose cancellations are received after the registration cutoff date are responsible for 50% of the registration fee. Full registrants who fail to cancel and do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are welcome to replace a registrant at no additional cost.

Full refunds are honored to residents who have a death in their immediate family, who incur physical harm or illness requiring medical attention or whose presence is necessary at the facility on the day of the program because of an on-site survey by the Office of Health Facility Licensure and Certification.
