Cancellations received more than 48 hours before the program receive full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the program are charged at 50% of the registration fee. Registrants who fail to attend are responsible for the full registration fee.

Substitutions are welcome to replace a registrant at no additional cost.
